Love the look and feel — very plush and true to size (I’m usually a 10.5, got a 10 and it’s perfect). Sole is flexible but not *too* bendy — holds shape well. Only reason it’s not 5 stars? They shed a tiny bit at first (just like new UGGs do), but a quick lint roller fixes it. Still wearing them daily. ☕️

Nice design and decent warmth, but sizing runs slightly narrow for wide feet. Had to exchange for half-size up. Once adjusted, comfort and flexibility improved a lot. Good craftsmanship overall — stitching is tight and even. Would’ve been 4 stars if sizing were more inclusive.
