Disappointed—they looked amazing online but arrived with a visible scuff on the left heel and mismatched shearling density (right foot much fluffier). Also, the platform edge started peeling slightly after two weeks. Customer service offered a discount on next order, but I expected better for this price point.

Pretty and warm, but took a few wears to break in. The heel cup felt stiff at first, and I noticed slight creasing near the toe after a week. That said, the wool lining is luxuriously thick and they do look amazing with cropped pants.
